BASED ON A TRUE STORY. WHEN YOU ARE OLD AND STARING OUTSIDE THE WINDOW, WILL YOU REMEMBER SOMEONE WHO WAS NEVER YOURS? WAS THAT GOODBYE TOO SHORT?

I lived in a small town,

A mix between the ying of the city ,

and the yang of country.

The sun always shined bright there,

The people were friendly and kind,

No one had greed or hatred.

I loved my home and a girl,

She was beautiful,

More than the town.

She was kinder than the others,

She was braver than the others,

She noticed me more than the others.

She talked to me,

She was my infinite and forever,

I was her friend.

In the morning I would fall for her,

In the night my heart would be broken,

She loved someone else.

I thought that I was special,

I realised that she treated everyone the same,

She hugged everyone and I thought that I was special.

She said that she had her bad nights,

She didn't know that her night was my normal day,

I didn't introduce my demons to her.

I tried to get over,

People said that our chemistry was good,

I fell again for her.

She made me feel special and important,

I made her feel nothing,

No one had every loved me.

Now I have stopped at the woods on a snowy evening,

And my last thought is that

I will remember her.
